View reward

To view the details of a reward on the Rewards page in the admin panel:

  1. Locate the reward you want to view in the Rewards table.

  2. Click on the "View" button in the Actions column of the table to open the View Reward side menu.

  3. The View Reward side menu will display the following reward information:

    • English Name: This is the name of the reward in English.
    • Arabic Name: This is the name of the reward in Arabic.
    • English Description: This is the description of the reward in English.
    • Arabic Description: This is the description of the reward in Arabic.
    • Point Cost: This is the number of points that a customer needs to redeem the reward.
    • Gold Status: This indicates whether the reward is a gold status reward or not.
    • Type: This is the type of reward, which can be either a "Promocode" or a "Gift."
    • Details: This provides additional information about the type of reward, such as the code for a promocode or a description of the gift.

  4. Review the reward details in the View Reward side menu to get a better understanding of the reward.
